LaJuan (LJ) Gordon is the Chief Executive Officer of Northeast Texas Habitat for Humanity, serving Gregg, Harrison, and Upshur counties, headquartered in Longview, TX. She has twenty-five years of experience in the non-profit industry, including executive leadership, consulting, program development, strategic planning, resource development, and disaster preparedness and response. Additionally LJ is the owner and principle consultant of Mission2Thrive Consulting offering leadership mentoring, program development, and planning services. She attended NYSU for business studies and holds a Certificate of Non-Profit Management from Texas A&M Bush School for Government & Public Service and Certificate of Nonprofit Financial Management from Austin Community College.
